The WSI PRO II to PRO III Conversion Kit upgrades KMT Streamline PRO II style waterjet pumps to the latest PRO III 90,000 psi / 6,000 bar intensifier technology. Designed for improved reliability and performance, the conversion significantly extends seal life, with average seal change intervals averaging 500 hours.
The kit is engineered for straightforward installation and does not require specialized factory technicians, allowing most experienced waterjet maintenance personnel to complete the conversion in-house.
Each kit includes all major components necessary to fully update the intensifier system, including tubing, fittings, high-pressure cylinders, seals, plungers, seal head assemblies, and hydraulic components.
